APIS and MCP webtools down (08/07/2026)

Dear APIS community,

We are aware of issues affecting the APIS and MCP webtools since this afternoon; they are intermittently down. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it. We advise to postpone using these webtools until we confirm the issue has been fixed.
